MoBlogs: Reflection

     Last week, each student had to present some form of a virtual tool to our class. I chose Manga High, which is a gaming website related to math. I talked about what the website was, why it is a useful tool, and how a teacher could incorporate it into their classroom. While preparing this lesson, I realized that there is a lot more that goes into a lesson plan than just picking a topic. I spent many hours focusing on covering the topic clearly and trying to make it as fun as possible. This was a great experience for me because I will have to do plenty of these in the future. I really enjoyed the Educational Technology class and thought it was very useful for my future in teaching. I'm looking forward to integrating all the new tools we have learned into my classroom.
